The location was unbeatable and the staff were efficient. The hotel was a super base for enjoying a pretty quiet area. Central heating, an iron and coffee/tea makers inside the standard twin room were handy. The breakfast offered was savoury with pressed orange juice and Quality sausages, as example, couldn't have asked for more.

Would recommend for a fleeting trip
Really good room, really good shower, with a massive comfy bed and a wonderfully refreshing rainfall shower. The cooked-to-order breakfast was amazing and kept us energized for our day of exploring the area. The free wi-fi was a great bonus for planning our adventures.
Parking can be a bit tricky during peak hours, as the spaces fill up quickly.

The location provides a decent spot for nightlife with entertainment right at your doorstep, catering to those looking for an energetic atmosphere. A standard twin room offers cozy bedding and well-structured layouts, perfect for a couple's getaway.
Carpets throughout the building need immediate attention. The hall and stairs are particularly threadbare, and bedroom carpets had an unpleasant odor. The bathroom wasn't much better either-sticky floors, a non-functioning sink plug, and the toilet seat had issues. Expect loud music from the pub below, with sounds echoing late into the night-difficult for anyone hoping for a restful sleep. Breakfast choices were limited. Only two cereals were available, and the cooked breakfast left much to be desired, with questionable bacon and no options for fruit or yogurt. The overall cleanliness was lacking, and the items in the public areas could use a good tidy-up.

Amazing food and cheerful staff
The atmosphere was lively, and I loved the friendly demeanor of the staff, particularly during the live music event that added to the experience. The walk to the seaside through the beautiful Byes riverside park was a great bonus. A quicker breakfast service would have made the mornings even better.

The Standard Twin Room was spacious and clean with comfy beds. Loved that there were tea and coffee facilities. Fresh milk in the fridge outside, a nice touch! The bathroom was decent, and the shower was generous. There weren't any menus for breakfast options, a bit annoying. The stay was pretty good for the room quality.
